This was my first time ever trying reflexology and I think it’s definitely something I’d like to do regularly. Anna has such a lovely, gentle and welcoming demeanour as well as an inviting and relaxing space to carry out treatment. I liked her comprehensive questions as a first time client and the choices of having music/no music, conversation or no talking and scent choice. It’s one of the few body work treatments I’ve had where I really felt I switched off. I’ll definitely be back! High recommend to anyone looking for a little relaxation.

Highly recommend menopause reflexology for any woman experiencing menopause symptoms. This treatment calms my mind and body and is definitely helping me navigate my way through menopause.
