I recently had my second Myofscial treatment with Anna having previous experienced her wonderful massages and reflexology. The Myofacial session were great. Anna worked intuitively and sensitively and was able to identify and work on areas where I hold significant tension. I had had a lot of face pain from jaw clenching and she was brave enough to work inside my mouth to release the tension and fascia, I noticed the difference over the next few days and know I need to find time to have a series of sessions to help maintain it. If you've not tried myofascial treatment I'd really recommend giving it a go. Anna creates a warm, gentle space, where its easy to relax and enjoy what she does really well.

Absolutely amazing experience with Myofascial Release.
As a fitness instructor, mum and menopausal women as well as being winter with lots of dark nights my body felt like it was holding on to stress.
