I am delighted to have found Sole and Body Work, an absolute gem tucked away in Dysart, a 5-minute walk from where I live. I went along for my first reflexology session on Friday and came away very happy indeed. Anna immediately made me feel at ease, and my enjoyment of the session started before I’d even taken my socks off! I felt relaxed, nurtured and cared for in Anna’s very capable hands, and the icing on the cake for me was that I slept like a baby that night. I’ll be booking in for more reflexology and will also be trying the Swedish massage. I don’t know which I’m going to prefer but I do know that I’ll be making regular visits to Sole and Body Work from here on in. 🥰
